The issue was with Angie’s List not the provider. This company was very responsive however they just don’t serve my area. Since I bought a big deal, I had to wait for a refund from Angie’s list. The gentleman from bayside was super responsive and apologetic for the inconvenience to me as a customer. I wish I could have used them as I got a very good first impression.
