Very professional technician arrived as scheduled. We have a very old, large garage door and they couldn’t promise miracles but the work resulted in a quiet, smoothly operational garage door that now closes reliably.  Was a bit disappointed that the $99 deal only included a certain number of rollers but probably my fault for missing it in the fine print.
