Garage door spring broke on Friday night. I call Bayside at 9:30 on Saturday morning. They committed to having someone there between 1 and 3 pm. They called at 2 PM to say the technician was on his way and would be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the technician and his helper arrived. He looked over my entire door system, advised that the rollers were worn and needed to be replaced as well as the broken spring. I agreed and 30 minutes later the work was complete. All punctual and professional.

We had a fairly new garage door opener that was giving us nothing but grief. Finally we couldn’t take it anymore so on a Sat. we decided to call Bayside. We left a message, but thinking their weekends were for emergencies we really didn’t expect a return call until Monday. To our surprise we received a return call from Audrel that afternoon and were able to get an appointment for Tues. Richie arrived within the time frame given. He was the first person who has ever explained what he was doing or why he was doing it….for his examination of our garage door first. We learned information that we had never known. We told him what type of garage door opener we wanted and he went over everything with us before and after the install. It is so nice to finally be able to open our garage door from our cars. Richie was great and we will be using Bayside in the future for all our garage door needs.

Techs showed up on time, conducted a thorough evaluation of repairs needed and provided a fair estimate. The work was done very promptly and professionally with warranty provided on parts and labor. I could not have been any more pleased!

I felt they were overcharging me for the repairs so I paid the $45 for them to come out and contacted another company. The other company charged me FOUR TIMES less than Bayside wanted to charge me. I’m glad I trusted my instincts.
