Richie, owner, called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived in the timeframe that he said he would. Very professional, personable, and helpful. Fixed the door within an hour (it was not going up and down uniformly) and also sprayed the springs. Gave me some tips on keeping the door working well and not rusting, gave me some suggestions about the bottom of the door and the uneveness of the driveway. He was very helpful and I’d use him again in a heartbeat. And, if there is a need- yes, I will look for him first. A keeper.
