We called Bayside because the springs on our garage door were broken. I made the appointment with Richard for service between 11 – 1pm. He called at 11:30 to let me know he was on the way and arrived at the time he expected to. When he inspected the garage door, he found a few other things that were clearly in need of repair/replacement (although I wouldn’t have noticed if it hadn’t been pointed out). He finished the work quickly and was very professional.
I felt that Bayside was very fair and I would recommend them to others.
