Backed his truck up and went right to work. He showed us the errors of the original installation, replaced rollers and spring, realigned the door and secured all screws. Richie then told us how we need to maintain all moving parts by lubricating them about every quarter. He was very efficient and informative. He gave us a receipt which included a 1 year warranty. We were very pleased with his promptness and his work. We have three garage doors and would call him again if we have any future needs.
