I purchased a house and the garage door was very loud and rattled.  Bayside arrived as scheduled.  They surveyed the door and identified the 15 year old rollers as the cause of the noise and problem.  They replaced the old flattened metal rollers, with current technology rollers.  The door now operates much more smoothly and quieter.  They warned me that the spring will need replacement, but did not pressure me to replace it, which I felt was a positive.  I hate service companies that use Angies list and its deals to up-sell other services. They cleaned and lubricated the track.  They identified the correct lubricant that I would need to use and provided instructions for correct preventive maintenance.  They adjusted the motor to lessen strain on the opening unit.  They also helped me program my car’s built-in opener to the unit’s rolling code without an additional charge.  They were pleasant and not “pushy”.
