We originally purchased an Angie’s Big Deal for a garage door tune up for $39, hoping that a tune up would correct a loud squeal when the door opened and closed.  As it turned out, the bearings were very worn and needed to be replaced.  Oh well, not really a surprise…
Richie from Bayside contacted us the next day by both e-mail and phone.  Service was scheduled within two days.  Richie and his assistant were at our house as promised (even a few minutes early!) to look at the door.  They inspected the door and explained what they found and how to correct this issue.  They had all needed materials on the truck and got right to work.  The job was completed within an hour.
The door works beautifully, the noise is gone and we’re very pleased with the result.  We found Richie to be professional, polite and respectful from our initial contact through the time they left our house.  We highly recommend Bayside Garage Doors and will definitely use them in the future.
