It went well and I had specifically asked that the torsion springs be tightened up to balance the doors. Richie was very accommodating and took care of the tuneups that I got through Angie’s list. We did discuss the age and condition of the main door and he recommended that I have the rollers changed out which I will have done when we are in a position to change out the torsion springs as they could break due to age and most likely excessive use.
