I called on Monday, and Richard showed up right on time on Tuesday morning.  Calling to let me know he was almost there.  He assessed the situation, showed me the problems, gave me all the possible resolutions and prices, let me make the final decision on how much I could spend and what to fix.  Richard walked me through what I chose to replace and patiently answered all my questions.  After his job was done, he showed me where I could do what little preventive maintenance there is to be done to ensure longer lift of the rollers and springs and also that I could replace one door panel with a different one with windows as  I wanted.

Overall, great experience from the answering of my first call until Richard left the garage.  Professional, clean and respectful.  I will use them again whenever I need garage door service or replacement.
