This was, by far, one of the best service experiences we’ve had in a long time. The original call was to replace our overhead lift, but after a thorough examination of our situation it was determined that additional work was required. While he explained that we didn’t necessarily need to have the work done, he did explain what the repercussions would be if we did not. In other words, he could have just replaced the lift and then probably would have been called out again in 6 months to keep making repairs. Although it was not an anticipated expense to have the additional work, I completely respected his honesty – considering he could back up the statements he made. He was very punctual; in fact, he was a little bit early – very uncommon for service calls today. He work was outstanding, and our garage door now works like it’s never worked before.
