The technician was very efficient and knew what he was doing. He replaced all the door rollers, lubed the trolley rail, adjusted the chain tension, checked for chain drive gear wear, replaced the springs, lubed the new springs and replaced the bottom door seal .

Experience was fine, although on the Angie’s list deal it was not obvious that the deal was limited to 10 rollers. I have to pay extra for 2 additional rollers, which nearly doubled the cost.

This work was scheduled between 10 & 12 noon. Bayside Garage Door service provider arrived at 12 noon. Explained what he was going to do. He completed the work in 30 minutes. Doors work like a charm & very quiet. He advised me about future work on doors that might be necessary.

He arrived right in the middle of his scheduled time and got right to work, explaining everything as he went along so we could understand what caused our problem and how to prevent it in the future.
We were having a problem where the garage door would only open a few inches about 20% of the time and it seemed to be getting worse and more frequent. By the time he was done with his tune-up, we haven’t had a single incident all week.
